Remote Sales Development Representative North America (m/f/d)

About this role

RoomPriceGenie is seeking a Sales Development Representative to introduce its hotel revenue-pricing software to prospective clients across North America. You’ll identify and contact hotel decision-makers, qualify prospects, and connect suitable leads with Sales Managers for product demonstrations.

What you'll do

• Identify hotel decision-makers, understand their challenges, and pitch RoomPriceGenie’s solution.
• Make and track outbound phone calls to prospective clients using HubSpot.
• Use local market knowledge to inform outbound marketing and prospect conversations.
• Monitor hospitality trends and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with management to improve the customer journey and sales processes.

What we're looking for

• C2-level English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Based in and eligible to work in the United States or Canada.
• Sales-driven, empathetic, and confident connecting with people.
• Strong listening, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience in SaaS or travel tech.
• Hospitality industry experience or a strong interest in helping hotels.
