What you'll do
- Set product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities tied to adoption, retention, revenue uplift, and expansion.
- Shape pricing experiences across the core app, partner integrations, and multi-property accounts.
- Conduct customer discovery with hoteliers and turn workflow friction into product strategy.
- Translate forecasting and pricing model outputs into clear, trustworthy user experiences.
- Own area KPIs, measure outcomes, and explain what drives changes.
- Influence teams across Revenue Management, Reporting, and Integrations.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated ownership of product outcomes and ability to simplify complex systems.
- Able to set strategy in ambiguous situations and make trade-offs with incomplete information.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership.
- Strong product intuition, structured thinking, and stakeholder management.
