What you'll do
- Lead customer onboarding and drive adoption across retail stores
- Identify and remove barriers to customers’ use of Focal’s solutions
- Champion customer needs and coordinate enhancement requests with internal teams
- Monitor customer performance and recommend improvements that demonstrate measurable ROI
- Travel to customer stores to strengthen engagement and adoption
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Mid- or senior-level retail experience, ideally in grocery, preferably involving digital transformation or process improvement; alternatively, 5+ years in a client-facing retail technology role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking and intellectual curiosity to connect customer needs with business objectives
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- Able to travel to stores and work on international projects as needed
