What you'll do
- Manage a dedicated book of business of 401(k) plan conversions.
- Gather required documentation from plan sponsors and administrators.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for plan sponsors.
- Guide employers through task dashboards to prevent delays.
- Monitor and drive performance against key benchmarks.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Legal teams.
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of work experience with 1+ years in client-facing roles.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-step processes.
- Deep knowledge in SaaS, Operations, or Finance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and case management tools.
- Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- RPS or CRPS designation is a plus.
