What you'll do

- Serve as the primary point of contact for plan sponsors.
- Guide employers through pre-ready task dashboards.

- Surface client feedback for platform improvements.
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of work experience, with 3+ years in client-facing roles.
- Experience in managing a large book of business.
- Knowledge in SaaS, Operations, or Finance.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills across various platforms.
- Ability to identify potential issues early.
- RPS or CRPS designation is a plus.
