Revenue Operations Engineer

About this role

Build and maintain automated revenue operations systems that help sales teams identify, score, and route the right accounts. Own the EMEA GTM stack, including data enrichment, AI automation, CRM workflows, integrations, and regional RevOps support.

What you'll do

• Build Clay account discovery, enrichment, and pipeline workflows.
• Develop production-ready AI agents and automate manual GTM processes.
• Establish repeatable processes for accurate account and contact data.
• Own account and MQL scoring, intent signals, and seller routing.
• Build Salesforce workflows and maintain integrations across the GTM stack.
• Manage the RevOps ticket queue during EMEA hours and support reps with live opportunity questions.

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience building Clay tables, enrichment waterfalls, and pipelines.
• Strong Salesforce automation and workflow skills, plus HubSpot fluency.
• Experience building AI agents or automations that run in production.
• Understand how scoring, routing, enrichment, and CRM data quality work together.
• Based in EMEA and able to work independently while owning a support queue.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent experience owning a Salesforce org.
• Scripting, API, Claude CLI, or MCP integration experience.
• Experience scaling systems at a startup from Series A onward.
• Advanced Clay or Anthropic tooling expertise.
