GTM Strategy & Revenue Operations
What you'll do
- Support annual and quarterly GTM planning, headcount modeling, and revenue target-setting
- Develop territory coverage, account segmentation, capacity, and quota models
- Analyze pipeline generation, forecasts, regional performance, and sales productivity
- Build dashboards and analytics to inform GTM decisions
- Partner with field leaders to address performance gaps and refine execution
- Design and measure experiments for new segments, channels, and acquisition or expansion motions
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years in GTM strategy, revenue operations, sales strategy, or a related function
- Strong analytical skills, including coverage modeling, cohort analysis, and forecasting
- Clear communication and ability to turn analysis into recommendations
- Hands-on with spreadsheets, BI tools, SQL, CRM systems, and AI coding tools
- Comfort with ambiguity, fast iteration, and cross-functional collaboration
- Active use of AI tools to improve productivity
Nice to have
- Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure company
- Experience with consumption- or usage-based business models
- Exposure to a company scaling through a Series B–D growth stage
- Consulting, banking, or finance background
