What you'll do
- Own the Salesforce support queue and resolve requests
- Handle data hygiene and governance
- Manage users and permissions
- Build and maintain automation and rules
What we're looking for
- 3 to 5 years of Salesforce administration experience
- Experience as the primary admin for 50 to 300 users
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or willing to get certified
- Ability to independently build reports and dashboards
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot
- Advanced Administrator certification
- Familiarity with other GTM tools like Gong
- Basic SQL knowledge
