What you'll do

What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience managing RMA processes in a technical environment
- Experience in diagnosing hardware and system-level issues
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA and/or AMD GPU technologies
- Strong understanding of server hardware and data center operations
- Experience using JIRA for tracking technical issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with microcloud or distributed infrastructure environments
