What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and design integration architectures.
- Develop tailored, data-backed proofs of value and technical demonstrations.
- Advise prospects and troubleshoot APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns.
- Support RFP and RFI responses and technical presentations.
- Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering and contribute to sales enablement.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical presales.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, SDKs, and API troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or a similar language.
- Experience building custom demos or pilots with business-aligned success criteria.
- Hands-on experience with coding agents.
- Strong communication, listening, and consultative problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Enterprise ecommerce or retail technology experience.
- Familiarity with at least two major ecommerce platforms and headless architectures.
- Experience with product data mapping across PIM, ERP, and search systems.
- Knowledge of search and discovery, or business value modeling for ecommerce.
- Experience with security reviews, procurement, or conversational shopping.
