What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and advise prospects during evaluation cycles
- Design and document integration architectures for APIs, ecommerce platforms, PIM, CMS, and data pipelines
- Develop and support lightweight proof-of-concept programs
- Present technical solutions to business and technical stakeholders
- Triage API calls and SDKs and build demo prototypes or tooling
- Support RFP and RFI responses
- Share prospect feedback with Product and Engineering and contribute to roadmap and sales enablement
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, pre-sales architecture, or a similar technical pre-sales role
- Experience designing SaaS or API-based integrations and working with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and SDKs
- Able to interpret and troubleshoot REST APIs using tools such as Postman
- Working knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience translating technical architecture into business outcomes and supporting proof-of-concept programs
- Strong communication skills with technical stakeholders and C-suite audiences
- English and German proficiency
Nice to have
- Enterprise ecommerce or retail technology experience
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven SaaS platforms and ecommerce trends
- Experience with cloud-native or composable architectures
- French or Italian proficiency
