What you'll do
- Map customer requirements to Camunda products and communicate their business value
- Create evaluation plans, demos, and technical content for prospects
- Lead product demonstrations and technical Q&A sessions
- Support RFI and RFP responses
- Partner with Account Executives on account strategy and opportunity development
- Organize presales engagements and implement code snippets
What we're looking for
- Technical foundation in computer science, information systems, or equivalent practical experience
- Understanding of programming fundamentals, software engineering practices, and IT architectures
- Sales engineering or presales experience, including value-based selling and stakeholder engagement
- Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluent English and Italian
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Nice to have
- Hebrew proficiency
- Experience with BPM, process orchestration, RPA, enterprise automation, or agentic AI
- Experience with value workshops or value engineering frameworks
- Industry experience in banking and financial services, logistics, healthcare, life sciences, or telecommunications
