Sales Manager, Platforms - UK & Ireland

Lead Stripe’s platform sales team across the UK and Ireland, growing relationships with SaaS platforms and helping them embed Stripe payments. The role combines sales leadership, strategic deal execution, team development, and cross-functional work to support revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of existing-business Platform account executives
• Drive sales strategy, pipeline health, conversion, win rates, and margin across the portfolio
• Lead executive relationships for the largest strategic opportunities
• Hire, onboard, coach, and motivate sales team members
• Partner cross-functionally to influence product roadmap and improve sales and forecasting practices
• Build sales processes and programs, and measure the results of go-to-market campaigns
• Deliver revenue growth across UK and Ireland SaaS platforms

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of relevant platform sales experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Ability to hire, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business-relevant terms
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, payments, or with card networks
• Comfort working autonomously in fast-paced settings and creating clarity and structure
• Experience managing strategic cross-functional projects
• Strong internal and external stakeholder skills
