Sales Manager, Product—Fraud & Risk

About this role

Lead Stripe’s Americas product sales team for its Fraud & Risk products. The role combines team leadership and sales operations with direct involvement in strategic enterprise deals to grow adoption and revenue.

What you'll do

• Recruit, develop, and lead product sales executives against growth goals.
• Set sales strategy and operating plans for pipeline, bookings, attach rate, adoption, and revenue.
• Manage pipeline, deal progression, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.
• Partner with Core AEs on high-potential opportunities and lead strategic enterprise deals.
• Develop scalable sales motions for new business, expansion, and account growth.
• Share customer and market feedback with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Coach direct reports and improve team processes and effectiveness.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of technology sales experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years of payments or financial services experience.
• Track record leading enterprise new-business and expansion sales.
• Experience selling complex, technical, or regulated products to multi-stakeholder buyers.
• Ability to hire, train, and coach high-performing teams in a matrixed environment.
