Sales Operations Manager

About this role

Partner with Figma’s Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic Sales segments to improve forecasting, operational rigor, and revenue growth. Advise sales leadership on regional performance and investments, and use analytics and AI to turn business data into actionable insights.

What you'll do

• Advise the SVP of AMER Sales on regional priorities, performance, and investment decisions
• Improve forecasting and pipeline reviews for Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments
• Lead operating cadences, including MBRs, QBRs, and weekly forecast reviews
• Recommend headcount, organizational design, quota structures, and book-of-business allocation
• Build dashboards, performance reports, and AI-enabled insights
• Use AI workflows to improve forecasting and identify patterns in rep performance and segment health
• Partner with Sales Systems, Finance, and Data Science on data quality and governance

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of sales operations experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Experience with Salesforce, SQL, and Sigma
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including Claude Code and Codex
• Strong communication skills and ability to present analysis and recommendations to senior leadership
