What you'll do
- Own incident response strategy, systems, and tooling.
- Build automated threat detection, alert triage, and security intelligence pipelines.
- Develop detection-as-code, hunting-as-code, and intelligence-as-code capabilities.
- Research and develop AI-powered security automation, including autonomous agents.
- Lead complex investigations and participate in the incident command on-call schedule.
- Share attacker-mindset security practices with engineering teams.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of relevant security engineering experience, including incident response and detection engineering.
- Experience leading incident response and complex security investigations.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages and experience building production security tools.
- Knowledge of cloud security architecture.
- Able to work independently and deliver effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with threat intelligence or threat hunting.
- Experience with CI/CD security, IAM, or security orchestration.
- Experience with large-scale Kubernetes clusters.
- Background or interest in AI/ML applications for security and autonomous security systems.
