What you'll do
- Maintain SOC 2 controls, evidence, access reviews, policy acknowledgments, and training; coordinate with auditors and control owners.
- Help consolidate compliance programs and select and configure a GRC platform.
- Administer corporate IT, SaaS applications, onboarding and offboarding, and the Mac fleet; troubleshoot employee issues.
- Improve and document access request, approval, provisioning, and removal processes.
- Manage updates, endpoint alerts, vulnerability remediation, and corporate incident response.
- Automate recurring IT and compliance tasks using scripts, APIs, workflow tools, or AI.
What we're looking for
- Experience owning recurring SOC 2 activities and working with auditors, or relevant auditing experience.
- Experience administering and securing corporate IT, including account lifecycle management and Macs managed through MDM.
- Comfort with patching, endpoint alerts, vulnerability remediation, phishing or suspicious-account response, and employee troubleshooting.
- Ability to automate recurring work and explain an example of an improvement built.
- Strong cross-functional ownership, follow-through, documentation, and judgment about when to escalate.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Workspace, Rippling, or a GRC platform such as Vanta, Drata, or Thoropass.
- Familiarity with SSO, SCIM provisioning, or other automated access methods.
- Experience implementing or migrating IT or compliance systems or improving cross-team processes.
