Senior Account Executive

Sell Mozilla’s advertising products, with a focus on Firefox, to major brands and agencies across the UK and Europe. Build client relationships and a sales pipeline, meet revenue and customer targets, and use campaign results and client feedback to improve offerings.

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with direct clients and advertising agencies across the UK and Europe
• Sell advertising products including Suggested Shortcuts, Search, Display, and Native placements
• Meet or exceed revenue and customer acquisition targets
• Build a sales pipeline through prospecting, outreach, and industry events
• Track and communicate advertiser campaign performance
• Share client feedback with product and marketing teams to help develop new offerings

What we're looking for

• 5–7 years of sales experience in the digital media industry
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience selling across major European markets
• Established relationships with major agencies and brands
• Knowledge of online media planning and Display, Search, Retargeting, and performance advertising
• Understanding of cross-platform advertising sales, including desktop, mobile, in-app, and content marketing
• Proven success in a goal-oriented sales environment
• Strong communication, organization, project management, and CRM skills
