Senior Accountant

About this role

Support accounting across AG1’s business units, with a primary focus on inventory movements across its global supply chain. The role also supports revenue, cash applications, accounts receivable, treasury activities, and balance-sheet reconciliations as the company expands internationally.

What you'll do

• Reconcile inventory levels between NetSuite and global third-party logistics providers and co-manufacturers
• Analyze purchase-price and quantity variances and communicate impacts
• Coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain to track inventory fluctuations and flag risks
• Reconcile revenue streams across countries to regional sales orders
• Support cash reporting, account monitoring and funding, wire transfers, and related journal entries
• Cross-train in cash, prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, and leases
• Reconcile assigned balance-sheet accounts using FloQast and NetSuite
• Identify improvements to accounting processes and controls

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of general accounting experience
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including ASC 330 and ASC 606
• Big Four experience and an active CPA license
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple workstreams
• Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to streamline processes

Nice to have

• Manufacturing, inventory accounting, and inventory general-ledger reconciliation experience
• Familiarity with standard or average costing methods
• Consumer packaged goods industry experience
