Senior Accounting Manager

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a global accounting team
• Manage corporate accounting close activities, including general accounting, treasury, accounts payable, reimbursements, and corporate cards
• Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses
• Handle technical accounting for stock-based compensation, leases, and foreign currency matters
• Lead implementation of a procure-to-pay tool and PO-to-Pay workflow
• Support international accounting, intercompany transactions, and subsidiary reporting
• Partner on ERP enhancements, integrations, and reporting improvements
• Improve accounting workflows, systems, policies, and controls, including through AI automation

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• At least 8 years of progressive accounting experience
• At least 3 years leading an accounting team
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP
• Experience with automation and AI tools in accounting operations
• Experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills
