What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end invoicing and collections for pay-as-you-go and prepaid customers.
- Review AR aging, coordinate collections, and resolve billing inquiries.
- Prepare AR reports, write-off recommendations, doubtful-account allowances, and GL reconciliations.
- Support monthly close through contract review, usage validation, invoice verification, journal entries, and analysis.
- Improve billing workflows through automation, AI adoption, and system integrations.
- Support external audits, billing-related PBC requests, and UAT for new products, SKUs, and pricing.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of progressive billing and collections experience at a SaaS or technology company.
- Experience with cloud marketplace platforms and their reporting.
- Experience with automation tools and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex contracts and datasets.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience with internal controls and documentation supporting audit and SOX compliance.
