What you'll do
- Own the AI platform and Accounting Intelligence roadmap end to end
- Build evaluation systems with golden sets, regression checks, and source traceability
- Partner with engineering and design on architecture and technical trade-offs
- Drive retention, activation, and expansion outcomes
- Talk with customers weekly and improve team processes and tooling
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Have shipped LLM or agentic features to external customers in production
- Experience designing evaluations for AI products
- Understand product data models, pipelines, and where models fit
- Experience in a domain where incorrect answers have meaningful costs
- Hands-on approach to prototyping, writing specs, and working closely with engineers
- Clear, direct communication and comfort working onsite in NYC
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks and AI coding or assistant tools
- Accounting, ERP, or fintech experience
- MBA or experience with business stakeholders
- Computer science or engineering background
