What you'll do

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities with GTM leaders.
  • Lead complex initiatives from problem discovery through design, deployment, adoption, and measurable impact.
  • Build, test, and improve AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, and integrations.
  • Assess value, feasibility, risk, data quality, maintainability, and the need for human oversight.
  • Embed AI into everyday GTM work and help teams create reusable prompts and workflows.
  • Measure adoption, quality, reliability, and business outcomes after launch.
  • Share reusable approaches, mentor colleagues, and raise AI capability across teams.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on AI and automation experience, with broader experience delivering complex solutions in GTM Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations, systems integration, or a related field.
  • Experience redesigning workflows or operating models, not just automating isolated tasks.
  • Track record of independently leading cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to measurable impact.
  • Hands-on experience building and improving production AI agents and agentic workflows with LLMs, APIs, tools, and enterprise data.
  • Strong automation capability with n8n, Zapier, Make, or comparable tools.
  • Understanding of B2B GTM operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
  • Experience integrating business systems using APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Ability to influence functional leaders, align technical and nontechnical stakeholders, and mentor others.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, or similar GTM platforms.
  • JavaScript, Python, or SQL experience.
  • Familiarity with RAG, MCP, AI evaluation, observability, governance, or security controls.

Benefits

  • 40 days of paid time off per year, including holidays and vacation, or more if required by local law.
  • At least three months of paid parental leave, with job protection for up to 12 months or as required locally.
  • Monthly wellbeing allowance.
  • Mental health support through Plumm.
  • Work-from-home stipend for laptop and home office equipment.
