What you'll do
- Design and evolve central data entities, metrics and products with tests, lineage and documentation
- Build and maintain data pipelines, onboard sources, and support CI/CD, data quality and migrations
- Work with stakeholders to understand processes, scope solutions and connect data work to business value
- Support recurring reporting, regulatory and audit cycles, reconciliations and business data requests
- Add and evaluate LLM steps in reporting and metric pipelines
- Expose certified semantic data to internal tools and agents through MCP and APIs
- Prepare traceable, reproducible data for agentic tools and external recipients
What we're looking for
- Expert SQL and strong dimensional or semantic data modelling skills
- Working Python skills, including tests and version control
- Experience building metrics and semantic layers
- ETL and data warehouse or lakehouse experience, including end-to-end source onboarding
- Hands-on production experience using LLMs for data work
- Ability to understand business processes, propose solutions and frame business value
Nice to have
- Databricks and Unity Catalog
- MCP, tool calling, tracing and LLM application or agent evaluation experience
- Workflow automation tools such as n8n
- CI/CD, orchestration and infrastructure-as-code
- Fintech or banking experience, especially transaction monitoring, treasury, reconciliation or regulatory data
