What you'll do
- Guide customers in designing, implementing, and operationalizing analytics solutions.
- Identify high-value use cases aligned with customer workflows and business goals.
- Build customer adoption plans with account teams and support successful use-case delivery.
- Train and enable partners to support customers globally.
- Troubleshoot the platform and its integrations, and share capability gaps with product teams.
- Collaborate on new functionality and contribute industrial expertise to company strategy.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field.
- 5–7 years of experience in process engineering, reliability engineering, technical presales, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in at least one industrial process manufacturing sector.
- Experience addressing industrial challenges involving time-series process data.
- Strong customer relationship-building and technical communication skills.
- Ability to develop and prioritize solutions independently.
Nice to have
- Prior experience using Seeq.
- Python programming experience.
- Knowledge of the SaaS industrial analytics ecosystem.
