What you'll do
- Build and evolve integrations with streaming platforms and object storage.
- Improve system performance and reliability using operational metrics and customer feedback.
- Contribute to architectural decisions on platform scalability and resilience.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience building and operating distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of Go and its ecosystem.
- Experience designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems, including concurrency, consistency, and failure recovery.
- Cloud-native architecture experience with at least one major cloud provider.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving production issues in distributed systems.
- Clear technical communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
