What you'll do

• Develop and optimize scalable ETL pipelines for on-chain data
• Implement data quality frameworks and pipeline observability
• Build highly available, low-latency systems with strong fault tolerance
• Design and maintain data models and schemas
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to turn requirements into platform solutions
• Help foster a high-quality team culture

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of backend experience building large-scale, high-availability systems
• Deep experience building and optimizing modern ETL pipelines and data engineering solutions
• Experience with relevant languages and technologies such as Go, Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Kafka, Redis, or PostgreSQL
• Experience implementing data quality, observability, and monitoring solutions
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a lean team

Nice to have

• Familiarity with on-chain data, wallet integrations, or decentralized application patterns
