What you'll do

• Serve as internal functional lead for Workday Financials
• Own design of Chart of Accounts and financial data structures
• Develop Prism Analytics and Accounting Center solutions
• Gather business requirements and build reporting capabilities
• Participate in implementation workshops
• Collaborate with engineering and finance teams
• Drive adoption of the Workday platform

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in finance systems
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience
• Deep expertise in Workday Financial Data Model (FDM)
• Strong experience with Workday Prism Analytics
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience with full ERP implementation lifecycles
• Strong understanding of financial accounting processes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Background in accounting or finance
• Experience with Workday Accounting Center
• Technical proficiency with SQL or Python
• Experience integrating Workday with external platforms
• Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements
• Experience with EPM/FP&A systems
• Familiarity with Workday HCM
