What you'll do
- Help shape the Product Metrics team roadmap and deliver new features iteratively.
- Design, build, operate, and maintain petabyte-scale distributed systems.
- Own system performance, reliability, availability, and cost-efficiency.
- Participate in on-call rotation and take ownership of production services.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to design discussions.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building and operating scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- 2+ years developing software applications with Go.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience efficiently storing, shipping, and retrieving large volumes of data.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, Temporal, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Strong production debugging, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- ClickHouse experience.
- Experience writing Kubernetes operators or controllers.
- Kafka streaming experience.
