What you'll do

• Own the political contributions preclearance program
• Support corporate PAC compliance operations
• Maintain the corporate political giving log
• Manage lobbying compliance oversight if scoped
• Run gifts and hospitality review for public officials
• Review conflicts of interest and outside business activity
• Build and deliver training for stakeholders
• Serve as product owner for AI-assisted compliance workflows

What we're looking for

• Hands-on ownership of political law compliance programs
• Track record of building compliance programs
• Experience managing external compliance vendors
• Fluent in federal and state political law frameworks
• Strong project management skills
• Sound judgment in handling sensitive information

Nice to have

• 7+ years of experience in compliance program management
• Experience in government affairs compliance or financial services
• Exposure to non-US lobbying transparency regimes
• Hands-on with compliance tooling
