  • Build and improve AI-assisted pipelines for researching, drafting, fact-checking, and publishing technical content.
  • Use evaluations to test pipeline changes and maintain system reliability as output grows.
  • Improve expert review efficiency while tracking factual accuracy and maintaining quality.
  • Maintain and refresh existing content as Render’s product changes.
  • Manage external content partners, including briefs, feedback, quality, and output.
  • Partner with documentation owners to expand coverage that can drive citations.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in technical content, developer education, content engineering, or software engineering with a strong content focus.

  • Ability to assess technical accuracy in documentation and code samples.
  • Strong editorial judgment and ability to spot generic AI prose and factual errors.
  • Ability to own systems end to end and hold external partners to a quality bar.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SEO or programmatic content at scale, especially for developer audiences.
  • Experience with LLM benchmarking or answer-engine measurement.
  • Experience building agents or MCP servers.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting, deployment, or infrastructure products.
  • Prior use of Render.
