What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with customers and business partners
- Partner with Sales and Deal Desk throughout the contracting process
- Work with Finance and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial and contractual issues
- Advise on legal risks, explain tradeoffs, and find workable solutions
- Support consistent and efficient contracting practices
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of legal experience, including significant in-house experience negotiating commercial software licensing contracts
- JD from an accredited law school
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a current practicing certificate, or qualified and in good standing in another relevant jurisdiction
- Strong commercial judgment and experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple negotiations and priorities with attention to detail
