What you'll do
- Lead negotiations for strategic customer agreements, including SaaS, data processing, security, and privacy documents
- Draft and negotiate reseller, distribution, professional services, and referral agreements
- Advise business partners on complex legal issues and support deal execution
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments, including the EU AI Act
- Coordinate agreement processes with Revenue Recognition, Security, and Sales Operations
- Mentor colleagues and improve legal resources and know-how
What we're looking for
- UK-qualified solicitor
- At least 6 years of relevant commercial and technology law experience
- Experience negotiating SaaS, enterprise sales, data processing, and partnership agreements
- Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Understanding of AI, privacy, and regulatory issues in commercial technology transactions
- Experience using and advising on artificial intelligence
Nice to have
- French or German language skills
- Privacy qualification such as CIPP/E
