What you'll do
- Advise product teams on consumer products including crypto trading, earn, payments, on-chain integrations, equities, and tokenised equities
- Translate complex legal and regulatory issues into actionable guidance for product stakeholders
- Recommend practical, commercially accountable approaches to legal and regulatory risk
What we're looking for
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales, an Irish solicitor, or admitted in an EU Member State
- At least 5 years’ PQE in financial services law
- Experience in regulated financial services, crypto services, or private practice
- Strong analytical, drafting, organisational, and negotiation skills
- Pragmatic product-counselling approach and authentic interest in crypto
Nice to have
- Experience advising on MiFID investment services
- Knowledge of MiCA, AMLD5, UK crypto-asset financial promotions, or e-money regulation
- Expertise in MiCA rules for crypto-asset service providers or UK crypto regulation
- Familiarity with enterprise GPTs and other AI tools for legal work
