What you'll do
- Lead customer deployments from data mapping and pipeline validation through production rollout.
- Investigate data and reporting issues across distributed systems and own fixes end-to-end.
- Manage production configurations and feature flags across active customer deployments.
- Build tooling to automate and improve the deployment process.
- Communicate root causes and resolutions to customers and internal engineers.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of experience combining production coding with direct external stakeholder work.
- Strong Python skills, including Pandas and NumPy, and an API-first approach.
- Strong SQL and experience diagnosing data inconsistencies and building ETL or transformation pipelines.
- Working knowledge of distributed systems, Kafka, asynchronous pipelines, and caching layers.
- Strong systems thinking and clear technical communication.
- Demonstrated ownership of customer problems through resolution.
Nice to have
- Experience reading GCP, Kubernetes, or Helm configurations and logs.
