Senior Customer Success Manager - German Speaking (Remote)

As a Senior Customer Success Manager for the German-speaking market, you will manage a small portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, ensuring their success and driving renewals and expansions. This role requires building deep relationships and aligning stakeholders on measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

• Own a small book of n8n’s largest enterprise customers
• Build account strategies and align with stakeholders
• Drive renewals and growth in partnership with Account Executives
• Lead customer kickoffs and success planning
• Run health checks and QBRs to manage escalations
• Quantify and communicate business value throughout the customer lifecycle
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering

What we're looking for

• German native speaker with fluent business English
• Senior Enterprise Customer Success experience
• Experience in retaining and expanding targets
• Technical acumen to engage with IT/engineering teams
• Experience with large DACH enterprises
• Ability to translate product usage into measurable outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Builder mindset for fast-changing environments
