What you'll do
- Lead customer onboarding, launches, adoption, and success planning
- Build relationships with technical, product, ecommerce, and executive stakeholders
- Lead strategic QBRs and EBRs focused on measurable outcomes and next steps
- Identify risks and manage escalations through resolution
- Provide proactive recommendations using customer insights, performance data, and ecommerce best practices
- Partner with Account Management on retention and growth
- Improve onboarding and support practices
What we're looking for
- At least three years managing enterprise customer relationships in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or a similar role
- Experience working with complex organizations and senior technical and business stakeholders
- Strong executive presence and experience leading strategic customer conversations
- Strong influencing, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills
- Based in EMEA, ideally in the Nordics
Nice to have
- Fluency in a Nordic language
- Experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, search, or product discovery
