Customer Support Engineering, reporting to the Manager
What you'll do
- Solve complex technical cases for customers
- Troubleshoot issues alongside Engineering
- Partner with Product and Customer Success
- Develop and improve internal tools and scripts
- Specialize in a given product area
- Improve documentation and create internal processes
- Assist Customer Success Managers with requests and escalations
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience using Vercel and v0
- Modern development experience in the AI or web space
- Prior customer support experience in a technical role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in a fully remote, globally distributed team
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Willingness to participate in on-call weekend/holiday rotation
