What you'll do
- Build trusted data models and semantic-layer coverage.
- Analyze business performance and turn findings into useful narratives.
- Partner with stakeholders and senior leaders to support data-informed decisions.
- Improve Data team processes and practices.
What we're looking for
- Write sophisticated SQL and build well-architected, documented, performant data models.
- Proficiency with at least one BI or data visualization platform.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain business impact.
- Comfort working with AI tools and critically evaluating their output.
- Move projects forward through incremental development and structured analysis.
- Apply sound business and product judgment to prioritize work.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B software products.
