Senior Data Analyst: Multiple Teams

Analyze user behavior and large-scale datasets to guide product and business decisions across Constructor’s ecommerce search and discovery platform. Design experiments, define meaningful metrics, and turn findings into improvements in collaboration with engineering, data science, product, and business stakeholders.

Stack

What you'll do

• Analyze user behavior and large datasets to identify patterns and opportunities
• Design and evaluate A/B tests to measure product impact
• Define and validate user experience and business metrics
• Build dashboards, reports, and data tools
• Partner with customers and internal teams to translate insights into product improvements

What we're looking for

• Strong analytical skills and experience solving business problems with data
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Python data analysis experience, including pandas, NumPy, and visualization libraries
• Understanding of A/B testing and statistical concepts
• Understanding of machine learning pipelines, training data quality, and model evaluation
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and work with multiple stakeholders

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ranking, recommendations, or search relevance
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Ecommerce or product analytics experience
• Experience defining metrics, building metric trees, and analyzing product funnels
