What you'll do

• Serve as a subject matter expert on data protection security issues
• Perform technical analysis of data security incidents
• Develop incident response workflows with clients
• Refine datasets and policies as needed
• Identify trends to improve data detection strategies
• Present summaries to technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams
• Provide forensic analysis as needed

What we're looking for

• 3+ years’ experience in a data protection product
• 2+ years’ experience with Insider Threat Programs
• 4+ years’ experience on security issues affecting data protection
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong customer empathy and focus
• Ability to create management-level presentations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR technologies
• Knowledge of security controls for sensitive data
• Understanding of macOS, Linux, and Windows environments
• Expertise with DLP and Insider Threat solutions
• Familiarity with cloud apps and services
