What you'll do
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests against business metrics

- Evaluate search, ranking, and personalization algorithms

- Communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Experience solving business problems with data science and statistics
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
- Strong Python skills for analysis and modeling
- Deep understanding of A/B testing, experiment design, and statistical inference
- Understanding of how machine-learning models are trained, evaluated, and tuned
- Ability to work independently with stakeholders and communicate insights clearly
