What you'll do
- Build and launch data-driven products and models
- Measure feature impact using experiments and causal inference
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to develop actionable insights
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience with a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or 2+ years with a PhD
- Experience with experimentation, causal observational analysis, and machine learning
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design on data-driven products or models
- Ability to prototype, build, and scale derived data assets
- Strong SQL and Python or R skills
- Strong communication skills for technical and nontechnical audiences
