About this role

Design and build polished production interfaces for Pylon’s mortgage platform, taking work from early exploration through implementation without a design handoff. You’ll create experiences for borrowers, loan officers, and customers, and establish a design system that makes complex mortgage workflows clearer and easier to use.

About the company

Pylon is a B2B customer support and success platform built for SaaS teams. It helps companies manage customer conversations, SLAs, and account workflows in one place.
