What you'll do
- Set and raise the visual and interaction quality bar for shipped experiences.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape product direction and simplify banking workflows.
- Own work from identifying opportunities through launch and measuring outcomes.
- Provide hands-on design support through sketching, prototyping, and detailed flow work.
- Manage scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs to deliver high-quality work on time.
- Coach designers, set expectations, and support their growth and performance.
What we're looking for
- Strong visual and interaction design craft demonstrated in a portfolio of shipped products.
- Experience simplifying complex workflows, information architecture, and product constraints.
- Experience managing and developing designers and improving the quality of their work.
- Experience setting product vision and helping teams deliver work with measurable impact.
- Able to contribute hands-on to design work when useful.
- Strong partnership and communication skills with Product and Engineering.
