Senior Developer Educator

About this role

Create and present technical education for Webflow customers through video, written content, courses, and live training. Build production-quality Webflow sites and keep learning materials accurate and current as the platform evolves.

The team

Customer Education, reporting to the Director of Education Video.

What you'll do

• Build production-quality reference sites and components for educational content.
• Shape technical curriculum with instructional designers and video producers.
• Present technical content on camera for tutorials, courses, and live sessions.
• Review educational materials for technical accuracy and real-world relevance.
• Maintain and update the technical education library.
• Partner with product and engineering on upcoming releases.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in technical education and web development and/or design.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including writing, reviewing, and explaining code.
• Experience teaching technical concepts to varied audiences through video, documentation, courses, workshops, or community work.
• Willingness and ability to present on camera.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Webflow with other services and technologies.
• Fluency with AI tools to accelerate development and improve quality.
