Help developers deploy, troubleshoot, and scale Temporal in cloud-native environments. Diagnose distributed-systems issues, improve performance and reliability, and feed customer insights into platform and tooling improvements.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot issues across Temporal workflows, SDKs, workers, and infrastructure.
• Use logs, metrics, Prometheus, and Grafana to diagnose problems and reproduce bugs.
• Guide customers toward reliable, scalable production deployments.
• Help developers optimize performance and reliability.
• Develop automation and contribute to tools and self-service infrastructure solutions.
• Communicate customer insights to product and engineering teams.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of developer experience, with proficiency in one or more of Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
• Experience deploying and managing medium- to large-scale architectures, such as Kubernetes or Docker.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana, and troubleshooting performance and availability issues.
• At least one year in an internal or external customer-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with remote teams.

Nice to have

• Customer-facing experience as a professional services consultant, solutions architect, or customer engineer.
• Experience with security certificate management and implementation.
• Ability to translate use cases into Temporal design decisions and architecture best practices.
• Experience with EKS, GKE, OpenTracing, Terraform, Ansible, or CDK.
