What you'll do

• Lead the Talent Engineering organization with 50+ engineers and managers
• Coach and develop engineering managers and leaders
• Ensure a reliable experience for customers while promoting rapid product development
• Partner with Product and Design teams to define the product strategy
• Represent the company in conversations with key prospects and customers
• Collaborate with broader Engineering leadership on department-wide strategies
• Scale systems and processes for effective team planning and delivery

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of engineering management experience
• 5+ years leading multi-team engineering organizations
• Experience managing product portfolios and making resource tradeoffs
• History of shipping high-quality products focused on trust and reliability
• Strong autonomy and ownership in decision-making
• Ability to develop engineering leaders
• Strong communication and executive presence
• Curiosity about AI's potential in talent management
