What you'll do
- Design and govern partner registration, resale, distribution, quote-to-cash, and related workflows.
- Administer partner platforms and maintain integrations, system health, and data integrity.
- Operate partner tiering, onboarding, certification, NFR licenses, rebates, and incentives.
- Own partner attribution data, reporting, dashboards, and month-end close coordination.
- Build AI agents to automate partner workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Maintain process documentation, training materials, channel price files, and partner quoting operations.
What we're looking for
- Experience in B2B SaaS channel or partner operations with ownership of ecosystem workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Impartner or an equivalent PRM platform.
- Strong Salesforce CRM skills, including partner objects, opportunities, Flow, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Knowledge of resale, two-tier distribution, partner discounting, deal registration, and quote-to-cash.
- Experience operating partner programs, including tiering, certifications, rebates, and incentives.
- Experience documenting complex processes, translating business needs into system requirements, and leading UAT.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and building agents to automate workflows.
- Ability to resolve complex operational escalations and align cross-functional teams.
