What you'll do

- Experience scaling consumer mobile products with at least 1 million monthly active users
- Track record delivering measurable improvements to product or engineering metrics
- Experience with high-velocity mobile development and disciplined release practices

- Experience with presence, channels, notifications, sync, low-latency messaging, or engagement loops
- Experience across web or desktop and mobile, or client and adjacent backend ownership
